Welcome,
I created Lilium Counselling to offer a welcoming, supportive space where people feel comfortable showing up as they are, wherever they may be in life.
My approach to counselling has been shaped by both my professional and personal experiences. Throughout my nursing career, I've worked in a variety of settings, including women's care, fertility, long-term care, clinical education, and leadership. These experiences have given me a deeper appreciation for the ways our emotional well-being, physical health, relationships, and life circumstances are connected.
I believe that everyone's experiences are unique, and counselling should reflect that. My approach is grounded in empathy, curiosity, and understanding, with an emphasis on getting to know you, exploring what matters to you, and working together in a way that feels meaningful to you.
Counselling Services
At Lilium Counselling, I offer virtual individual and couples counselling across Ontario and British Columbia. People come to counselling for many different reasons, whether they're navigating a particular challenge, looking for support through a difficult time, or simply wanting to better understand themselves.
Counselling isn't one-size-fits-all. Our sessions are a space to explore what's happening in your life, ask questions, gain new perspectives, and work toward what matters to you. We'll take a collaborative approach, guided by your experiences, needs, and goals.
